How long does it take until I receive my item?

The simple answer is – it depends on where you live. 

For customized and personalized items, we take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. The following table describes our shipping times. 

If for any reason you do not receive your item, please contact us right away. Any claims of items not received after the time period mentioned above will not be entertained.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons for Return

Wrong Address/Unclaimed Orders – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or your shipment was not collected by you, the shipment will be returned to our facility. No refunds are made in this case.

Not Satisfied? – Contact us right away. We will make sure that your request is sorted out right away.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Mello Things reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
